According to Samsung, "the thinnest mobile tablet currently available in the world" is 0.33 inch thin and weighs 1.25 pounds.
On June 8th, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi edition P7100 will be on sale at the Best Buy Union Square in New York. Starting June 17, it will be available via Best Buy website and in their stores, as well as at other retailers such as Amazon, Fry's, Newegg, Micro Center, and Tiger Direct. They will carry the 16GB version for $499 and 32GB version for $599. In addition, the Wi-Fi Tab 10.1 will be available through Sprint starting mid-summer. Regarding mobile broadband version, Verizon will offer 4G LTE-enabled Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 16GB and 32GB models for $529.99 $629.99 respectively, with two-year customer agreements. The tablet will be available in coming weeks via Verizon, with pre-orders starting on June 8th.
