No tech specs have been released as yet, so we can only hope he's not just putting a new sticker on the front of something cheap that's been imported in bulk from China.
The maker would also appear to be taking questions via his Twitter account, so you might want to see if you can get anything proper out of him about the technicals. Link via Modaco, which has also acquired the below teaser image and claims to have found evidence it'll arrive running Android 2.3…
