Apple has alleged the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has infringed 10 Apple patents, including the “look and feel” of the iPad. The Cupertino, California-based company also seeks to stop Samsung from selling the tablet in other countries, without specifying exact locations.
Federal Court Justice Annabelle Bennett, who presides the case, has scheduled a hearing on August 29 to review the status of the case and set a trial date if needed.
