it comes to devices and gadgets, the Japanese are known for exclusivity
when it comes to the features they offer. It seems that there are
gadgets that are just made specifically for the Japanese and nowhere
else. But of course, some of these interesting devices also go stateside
as some other countries try to adopt certain technologies that start in
the Land of the Rising Sun. One of them might probably be this new
Sharp Medias Tablet N06D for NTT DOCOMO. The new Sharp Medias Tablet N06D is being introduced as the world's thinnest waterproof tablet. It comes with a slim 9.9mm thin profile. It also features a 7 inch WXGA HD touchscreen display, equipped with high quality audio speakers and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It will run on the Android OS and is marketed in Japan to support the NOTTV channel that is set to start broadcast in April. The Sharp Medias N06D Tablet will be available through NTT DOCOMO and is expected to be available sometime in April. Pricing details for this tablet have not yet been announced. | |
