The new tablet costs as low as $349.99 at Rogers (3-yr contract required), or as low as $449.95 at Bell (3-yr contract required). Telus seems to offer the device only without contract, and it's asking $649.99 for it.
Virgin Mobile and Sasktel have not added pricing details for the Tab 10.1 4G on their websites yet.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G obviously runs Android Honeycomb, and features a 1280 x 800 display, Wi-Fi, GPS, 1GB of RAM, dual-core 1GHz processor, 3.2MP rear camera, and 2MP front-facing camera.
